 We are convinced that training our junior doctors is a sacred duty and we are serious about it. Some of us even go back to school to learn how to make training better.

We are a committed bunch. We meet regularly to discuss various aspects.We have thought through many issues, ranging from the research curriculum to what to do in a disaster scenario.

We actually have fun doing all these things because we are passionate teachers, to begin with.
