We believe in nurturing our future generation of doctors.

We strive to train them well in terms of medical competency. More importantly, we believe in nurturing the personal growth of our doctors, in all aspect of their development. We hope that they will become excellent clinicians who can deliver expert and compassionate care. We will count on them to look after us (and our family) in the future.

We value our teachers. We believe that their mission to train is of upmost importance and we support them fully to achieve their mission. We recognise them in various way. We are a family. We work hard and play hard together. The journey of a junior doctor is a difficult one. We are here to support, to encourage and to share.We listen. We believe that feedback is essential. We take them seriously and do something about them!
